Dimitris is a Senior Executive Coach & Consultant with more than 25 years of experience supporting Greek Senior leaders across a variety of business sectors through career planning, leadership development and behavioral change. An experienced speaker, having spoken at and coordinated more than 50 conferences and over 2,000 days of training. He is the co-author of two books on leadership development.
Member of the Association of Chief Executive Officers (EASE), Honorable Member at the Board of Directors of the Sales Institute in Greece (IPE) and at the Board of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (EIEP)
Professional Background
Dimitris has graduated from the University of Piraeus, Greece and from London School of Economics, UK. He worked for 10 years in the U.S. multinational company Johnson & Johnson, starting as an Assistant Brand Manager in the Johnson’s Baby Shampoo. He was responsible for several J&J Business Units and brands where they successfully launched the CORDIS (Stents) as well as the ACUVUE Disposable Contact Lenses business in the Greek market. Finally, he became Division Director of the Medical and Ethicon Business Units in Greece and member of the Board of Directors at Johnson & Johnson Professional. In July 1996, he joined Response as Partner, where he was responsible for Management Consulting, Training and the Executive Search business of the company. Since 2008 he is the President of Response and Linkage Greece (& Linkage Cyprus since 2018) where he works as a Senior Executive Coach, Consultant & Speaker for various leading organizations in Greece, focusing on organizational development, leadership and executive coaching. Dimitris’s purpose, is to empower Senior Executives to become even more effective leaders at all levels and achieve their personal & corporate goals. He has been a faculty member – as a Team Leader – at the annual “Global Institute of Leadership Development” (G.I.L.D.) in California.
