Professional Background
Argiro is a graduate of Deree – American College of Greece with a degree in Business Administration Marketing Management – Finance. In 1993 she was one of the Founding Executives of Oriflame and held the title of Director of Education in Greece until 2002. At the same time, during that period from 1995 until 2002, she was Responsible for Training Senior Level Management Executives of Oriflame in Europe, America , Russia and Asia. From 2003 until today, she is the Owner of Oriflame by Argiro with its network exceeding 20.000 members.
All these years she has participated in more than 50 World Conferences and has done further training on Leadership in Crisis Management – BTS (1997-1999) as well as specialized training in Leadership – Management and Sales seminars from a Swedish Company.
In the course of her career, she has emerged as the No. 3 Director in Greece and also, as the Best Training Director at Oriflame Global, as a result of which, she organized the entire Sales, Leadership and Management training plan.
In 2018, she received the Digital Marketing Diploma from Deree – American College of Greece and in 2022 she became a Certified Internal and Organizational Coach – ICC and ACSTH by ICF. In recent years, she has also acquired ACSTH, Level 1 and EMCC Greece member.
